Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing

  • NHS  Mental Health Crisis Line open to provide access to Mental Health 24 hour Support run by NHS CWP Trust staff. This telephone line is for anyone who may need support in and across Wirral, Cheshire West and Cheshire East.  Anyone can call and talk to dedicated Mental Health Professional, including children, young people to all adult age groups 24/7.  The number is 0300 303 3972



Kintsugi Hope

Here at Market Street we offer a free 12-week wellbeing groups, exploring mental and emotional wellbeing covering topics such as depression and anxiety, disappointment and loss, anger and shame and many more– looking at ways of building resilience and gaining support. These are safe, supportive spaces for people who feel or who have felt overwhelmed, providing tools for self-management in a facilitated peer mentoring style setting.

In the current Covid-19 situation we hope to offer a stand-alone session on anxiety at this difficult and anxious provoking time. If you are interested in either the one-off session or the more in-depth session which we are doing via video-call please contact us by email.
